Trader Joe’s Sign Artist: 2011-current.

I have a few murals up at TJ’s my signage is all over the store from large 18 ft wide installations to 3" wide shelf tags and everything in–between. I worked as an integral member of the design team; responding to store needs and seasonal merchandising aesthetics, managing multiple projects at once. We do everything by hand and use classic graphic design tools; lightbox, projector, T-square, and plenty of cutting tools. I have been developing my hand lettering skills for over 5 years.

Free Lance Sign Artist

I worked with the Hughes brothers, Dan & Steve local brewer brothers at Coldfire Brewing. I painted their logo onto a menu board. I also signed for upscale events with Moxie Event planning before Covid-19, I made signage for Polaris ATV; a few weddings & birthdays. I have built custom logos for my friends small businesses.

Graphic Designer

For a moment in time I was working as a graphic designer apart of LCC's Design Media Center. At the DMC we had a decent sized crew of 6 or 7 designers in the building. It was a great experience learning the in’s & out’s of a graphic design company. We took so many custom requests each day most of the work came from student and staff that I worked on, sadly Covid ended my employment there, and my poster designs were no longer needed.
